The Gaucho Experience
In the tradition of the southern Brazilian estâncias, our gauchos carry skewers of picanha, fraldinha, costela, and fillet mignon — each carved tableside with a precision that honors decades of craft.
Between courses, the fogo — our salad and appetizer station — offers a curated selection of warm breads, cured meats, seafood, and seasonal vegetables, all prepared fresh throughout the evening.
